STARRT will be offering coached spinning classes for members this fall/winter.
Lisa Ulrich will be designing and leading the program initially targeting drills, form and technique, strength, and tempo work. We will also build into a focus on high intensity intervals as well as big gear work to develop strength. Sessions will range from 60min to 90min, depending on intensity level and goals of the workout.
Dates: October 6th to December 15th, 2014 (8 days)

The race was a great success thanks to our race director Ian who put in a pile of work, as well as our wonderful volunteers and sponsors! Without people dedicating their time to these events they simply would not happen. This race was a great start to a great season!
